We have introduced international advanced Improved Simens Technics (polysilicon) and Vapor Phase Method(Fumed silica). Relying on the considerable funds of Jiaozuo Coal Group and its abundant power, hydrogen, chlorine resources, Polysilicon production can reach to over 1800 tons per year while fumed silica is 5000 tons.

HJSIL
HJSIL is a kind of high purity fumed silica. HJSIL’s specific surface area is between 70 to 400 m²/g, and the particle size is about 7–40 nm. HJSIL is available in four various hydrophilic grades: HJSIL-150, HJSIL-200, HJSIL-300 and HJSIL-380. It mainly classified according to the specific surface area, and more different specific surface area is available according to customers’ need.

Application
Fumed silica can be widely used in HTV and RTV Silicone rubber, Adhesives and Sealants, Paints and Coatings,Printing inks, Cable compounds,Unsaturated polyester resins, Laminated resins and Gel coats.

Quality Control
We have a complete Quality Management Systerm among which test is a very important link for quality control. Now we have three qulity testing labs: one lab is for processing quality control, other two are for final product quality control. We also have a plan of setting up an international market and application.
