Adhesives and Sealants

HJSIL® Fumed Silica is the preferred material for modification of adhesives and sealants. The addition of fumed silica to silicone sealants and epoxy adhesives can significantly increase the bond strength, and ensure free flow, with the purpose of preventing caking and flow hanging, collapse, sag during curing, maintain transparency,                      reinforcement, shear resistance and other effects. HJSIL hydrophilic and hydrophobic products ensure low viscosity of epoxy adhesives when applied, high viscosity when standing and excellent resistance to flow. After curing, it improves tensile strength and tear strength and prevents sedimentation during storage, helping to extend shelf life.
